WOD 092409

Hang Power Cleans

3 x 5, 3 x 3 with 30 seconds rest in between each set.

We will work on form and technique. Those who cannot do cleans with weight will do only bar weight. The rep scheme will be multiply each number of reps x 3 thus you all will be doing 72 reps total.
